Anpario plc ("the Company") announces that it was notified on 11th September of the following transaction in the Company's ordinary shares of 23p each.

On 10th September 2014 Karen Prior, Group Finance Director, purchased 12,000 ordinary shares, at a price of 257.00p per share.

Following the purchase Mrs. Prior's shareholding in the Company is 64,751 ordinary shares representing 0.3% of the issued share capital.
