Notification of Director or PDMR share interest
In common with all eligible employees, each executive director and member of the Executive Committee of Travis Perkins plc ('the Company') may participate in the Company's Buy As You Earn scheme by purchasing Partnership Shares which are ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ('shares'), which may be purchased using deductions from pre-tax salary either monthly or by a one-off lump sum. The Company has been notified on the date set out below of the purchase by the person named below of Partnership Shares at a price of 1884p, on the dates set out below, as a result of which such person has the beneficial interest in shares set out below:-
