Directors' interest in shares

Future (LSE: FUTR, "Future", "the Group", "the Company"), the international media group, announces the following transfer of Director's interest in shares.

Further to the announcement on 27 November which detailed the participation by Director Peter Allen in the Placing by the Company, the Company has today been informed that the shares acquired in the Placing of 100,000 have been transferred to Peter Allen's personal SIPP by way of an on market sale and purchase at a price of 10.7p. The Director's respective shareholding is unchanged as a result of the transfer.
