Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMRs)
Braveheart was notified on 16 December 2022 that Trevor Brown, a director of Braveheart and a person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") of the Company, purchased on 250,000 Ordinary Shares of 2 pence each in the Group ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £0.09 per share in an on-market transaction. Trevor Brown now holds a total beneficial interest in 12,849,424 Ordinary Shares (equivalent to 20.16 per cent. of the Company's voting rights).
