Homeserve Plc12 March 2007 It is announced that a conditional award of 49,207 ordinary shares of 12.5 pencein Homeserve plc has today been granted to Jon Florsheim. The award will vest in three tranches; 12,301 shares (25% of the award) will vest on the first anniversary of thegrant, 12,302 shares (25% of the award) will vest on the second anniversary of thegrant, and 24,604 shares (50% of the award) will vest on the third anniversary of theaward, all providing Mr Florsheim remains in Homeserve's employment at the time ofvesting. The conditional shares were awarded at a grant price of £18.29 per share, beingthe mid-market closing price on Friday 9th March.
