Nature of transaction: Offer of an option to purchase shares made by the MIH (BVI) Limited employee share incentive scheme to Mr V Sgourdos. The offer of an option to purchase shares was made on 15 March 2010 at a price of R304.05, being the closing price on the JSE Limited on that day. Vesting dates after which the options may be exercised are: one third on 15 March 2013, one third on 15 March 2014 and the final third on 15 March 2015. The option must be exercised by 15 March 2020, failing which it will lapse. The offer was accepted on 17 March 2010.
