The Company hereby announces that it has been notified that in respect of the final dividend for 2022, Stuart Ingall-Tombs, a person discharging managerial responsibility, has acquired 1,154 ordinary shares of 1 pence in the Company as a result of his participation in the Company's Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRIP). The shares were purchased on 18 May 2023 at £6.538840 each.
