DIRECTORS/PDMR INTERESTS
On 31 July 2009, the 6 month exercise period for options relating to the 3 year savings contracts that were granted on 20 December 2005 under the Company's Savings Related Share Option Plan with a contract start date of 1 February 2006 will expire. These options were over ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company.
In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4(R) (1), the Company announces that the options granted to the following director and persons discharging managerial responsibility at an option price of 68.5p per share lapsed on 31 July 2009:
