Director/PDMR Shareholding
CloudCall (AIM: CALL), a leading cloud-based software business that integrates communications technology with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms, announces that Simon Cleaver, Chief Executive Officer, and his wife have purchased, in aggregate, 14,165 ordinary shares of 20p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). Simon purchased 9,165 Ordinary Shares at 109.1p per share and his wife, 5,000 Ordinary Shares at 109p per share.
Following this purchase, Simon has a total beneficial interest in 829,061 Ordinary Shares, including those held by his wife.
