In accordance with AIM Rule 17 (Disclosure of Miscellaneous Information) and Schedule 5, the following information falls to be disclosed: the Company was notified on 15 December 2008 that, on 15 December 2008, the following transactions in the Company's shares took place which relate to Anton Bilton's holdings, a director of the Company:
Santon Capital Plc sold 909,106 ordinary shares at 18.4722p
Santon Investments Limited sold 1,188,831 ordinary shares at 18.4722p
The Organon SIPP re Anton Bilton purchased 1,048,969 ordinary shares at 18.5p
The Santon Pension Fund purchased 1,048,968 ordinary shares 18.5p
As a result, Anton Bilton's direct and indirect holdings are unchanged (except for 1 share), totalling 19,422,429 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company and representing approximately 3.79% of the Company's issued share capital.
