8 December 2009 CLS Holdings plc (the "Company")
Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial
Responsibility ("PDMR") or Connected Person
The Company received notification on 7 December 2009 that the Sten Mortstedt family trust (the "Trust") established by Sten Mortstedt, Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 27,665 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at prices between 450 pence and 442 pence (an average price of 449.98 pence) per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, Mr Mortstedt's interest in the number of Ordinary Shares, including those of which Mr Mortstedt is a beneficiary under the Trust, is 25,438,115 Ordinary Shares (52.97%).
