Director's Dealing
The Board of CNE (AIM: CNEL), the AIM quoted engineering and technology solutions provider to the bioenergy sector, announces that Mr Yu Weijun, a director of the Company, has consolidated his shareholding which was previously held by two companies into one holding. Leader Vision Investments Limited has transferred its shareholding of 64,000,000 ordinary shares to Tewin Capital Holding Limited, a company also owned by Mr Yu Weijun.
Following the transfer, Mr Yu Weijun's holding remains unchanged at 99,012,168 ordinary shares, representing 20.15% of the Company's issued share capital, which is all held through Tewin Capital Holding Limited.
This announcement contains inside information for the purposes of Article 7 of EU Regulation 596/2014.
