Director/PDMR shareholding
Mattioli Woods plc (AIM: MTW.L), the specialist pensions consultancy, announces that on 31 January 2014, the Company's Chairman, Bob Woods, sold 100,000 Ordinary Shares of 1 penny each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 415 pence per share.
Bob Woods now holds a beneficial interest in 3,293,703 Ordinary Shares, representing 16.53% of the Company's issued share capital.
