Japan Residential Investment Company Limited (AIM: JRIC) is a closed-ended Guernsey registered company established to make and hold investments in residential property in Japan.
The Company announces that on 25 March 2014, Peter Atkinson, a non-executive director of the Company, acquired 15,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 60.5p per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Mr. Atkinson's total holding in the Company amounts to 15,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.01 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
