Share Dealing by Director/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility

The Company (LSE:AA4) announces that it was notified today by Mr. David Gelber, a non-executive director of the Company, that on 7 July 2016 he had purchased 100,000 redeemable ordinary shares of no par value ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 101 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, Mr. Gelber holds 212,648 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.06 per cent. of the total voting rights of the Company.
