NOTIFICATION AND PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF TRANSACTIONS BY PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND PERSONS CLOSELY ASSOCIATED WITH THEM
The following transactions were in respect of the grant of options pursuant to the Communisis plc Long Term Incentive Plan 2007 to acquire (for nil consideration but subject to performance conditions) ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the share capital of Communisis.
On 10 March 2017, each of the persons named in column 1 of the table below was granted an option over the number of shares stated in column 2 of the table below.
