Issue of Options
Frenkel Topping Group plc (the "Company") announces the following option awards to directors of the Company have been approved under the Company 2011 Enterprise Management Incentive Plan:
Director Number of Options
Richard Fraser 1,585,962
Julie Dean 1,096,154
The options have an exercise price of 13.5 pence per ordinary share.
The options granted are subject to the following exercise conditions:
60% of options to vest if the aggregate diluted EPS for the 3 financial years ending 31 December 2013 is 2.0966 pence, 80% of options to vest if the aggregate diluted EPS for the 3 financial years ending 31 December 2013 is 2.6208 pence, 100% of options to vest if the aggregate diluted EPS for the 3 financial years ending 31 December 2013 is 3.144 pence.
