On 27 September 2017, Manx Telecom plc (the 'Company') was notified that Mr Gary Lamb, CEO of the Company has transferred 500,691 ordinary shares in the Company to GEL Investments Limited, a company owned by Mr Lamb, for nil consideration.
Mr Lamb's beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged and he is the beneficial owner of a total of 516,826 ordinary shares, representing an interest in 0.453% of the issued share capital.
