Notification of transaction by person discharging managerial responsibilities
The Company was notified yesterday that Iona Palmer-Baunack, a person closely associated with Avril Palmer-Baunack, Executive Chairman, acquired 5,652 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the capital of the Company at 176.9049 pence per share.
Following this purchase Avril Palmer-Baunack and persons closely associated with her hold 707,657 shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.09% of the total issued shares in the Company. Avril Palmer-Baunack also has an interest in 303,923 unvested shares in BCA's wholly owned subsidiary H.I.J Limited under the HIJ long term incentive scheme, formerly referred to as the Executive Founder Shares.
