RM plc has been informed that on 19 April 2012 Martyn Ratcliffe, Executive Chairman, purchased six hundred thousand (600,000) 2p ordinary shares at a price of 80 pence per share. Mr. Ratcliffe's beneficial holding now stands at 3,127,267 2p ordinary shares which represents 3.34% of the share capital of the Company to which voting rights are attached.
