Huntsworth plc, the international public relations and healthcare communications group, has been informed, at close of business on 23 December 2008, that Eugene Beard, Independent Non-Executive Director, bought 2,784 ordinary shares of 50p each at 24.75p on 23 December 2008. This takes Mr Beard's holdings in Huntsworth to 0.3% of the issued class.
