Wilmington Group Plc27 September 2007 Director/PDMR Shareholding Wilmington Group plc ("Wilmington Group" or "the Company") Wilmington Group announces that on 26 September 2007 Basil Brookes, FinanceDirector of the Company, and Stephen Broome, a PDMR, each exercised options over25,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company under the Wilmington Group plc1999 Approved Share Option Scheme and options over 5,000 ordinary shares of 5peach in the Company under the Wilmington Group plc 1995 Unapproved Share OptionScheme at a price of 118.5 pence per share. Mr Brookes and Mr Broomesubsequently sold these shares at a price of 230 pence per share. Mr Brookes'and Mr Broome's holdings of ordinary shares in the Company remain unchanged at845,662 and 233,552 respectively, which represent 1.01% and 0.28% of the votingrights attributable to the total ordinary shares in issue prior to suchtransaction..
