The Company was advised yesterday that the Directors listed below acquiredOrdinary Shares in the Company at a purchase price of ‚£1.49 per Ordinary Sharethrough the iimia Investment Group Share Investment Plan which has beenapproved by the Inland Revenue. The shares were purchased by the Trustee on12th December 2005 and allocated to SIP members on 16th December 2005.
