FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 18 February 2015 Bisichi Mining Plc ("Bisichi" or the "Company") Director/PDMR Shareholding The Company has today been notified that on 17 February 2015, Mrs Susan Heller,transferred 44,313 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("OrdinaryShares") into the Self Invested Personal Pension of Mr Andrew Robert Heller fora consideration of 71 pence per Ordinary Share (`the Transfer').
