Acquisition of Shares by a Director
The Conygar Investment Company PLC ("the Company") advises that it received notification on 12 August 2008 from Michael Wigley, Non-executive Director, that he had purchased 40,000 ordinary 5p shares in the Company at a price of 125p per share on 12 August 2008.
Following this transaction, his holding in the Company is now 210,000 ordinary 5p shares representing 0.5% of the total voting rights.
