Ironveld plc ("Ironveld" or the "Company")
Directors' Share Purchases
Ironveld was informed on 6 September 2012 that, on the same day, Giles Clarke, the Company's Chairman, and Nick Harrison, Non-Executive Director, had purchased a total of 5,500,000 ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
Giles Clarke purchased 2,500,000 Ordinary Shares at 1.95 pence per share and 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares at 2.2 pence per share. Nick Harrison purchased 2,000,000 Ordinary Shares at 2.0 pence per share.
Following the purchases, Giles Clarke and Nick Harrison are now interested in 13,264,321 and 11,023,581 Ordinary Shares respectively, representing approximately 4.64 per cent. and 3.86 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital*.
\* These numbers include Westleigh Investments Holdings Limited's ("Westleigh") holding of 9,023,581 Ordinary Shares. Giles Clarke and Nick Harrison are directors and shareholders of Westleigh.
