Fidessa group plc ("the Company") Director / PDMR shareholdings
The Company has been notified that the Fidessa group plc Share Bonus Trust acquired on 5 November 2008 a total of 807 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 621p each to satisfy the potential call of vested 2008 awards and NIC hedging on vested 2008 awards in respect of the Fidessa group plc Share Bonus Plan. As potential beneficiaries of the Trust, the executive directors and persons discharging managerial responsibility are deemed to have a potential beneficial interest in the Trust's shares.
