Helphire Group PLC20 April 2007 Helphire Group plc ("Helphire" or the "Company") PDMR Share options On 13 April 2007 Helphire granted its PDMRs nil-cost share options overordinary 5p shares ("Shares") in the Company under the Helphire GroupPerformance Share Plan 2006 (the "Plan"). The options will vest on the thirdanniversary of the grant date subject to the Helphire Remuneration Committee'sdetermination in accordance with the rules of the Plan.
