Zytronic PLC27 February 2008 ZYTRONIC PLC ("the Company") Director's Shareholdings Zytronic plc ("the Company") announces that it was notified yesterday that JohnKennair, Chairman, transferred 22,935 Ordinary Shares in the Company as a giftto a family member, for nil consideration, on Tuesday 27 February 2008. All ofthese 22,935 shares have been gifted into a bare trust and, consequently as thefirst named Trustee, John Kennair has the right to vote these shares.
