On 6th March 2009 the executive directors listed below exercised performance and matching share awards, over Ordinary Shares of 2.5 pence ('shares') in the Company, that have now vested under the Enterprise Inns 2005 Long Term Incentive Plan. This is in respect of performance and matching awards made on 4th February 2005 for the financial year beginning 1st October 2004 as Long Term Incentives which have become exercisable:
