Charles Taylor plc announces that it has been advised that Mrs Jennifer Groom,spouse of Mr Alistair Groom, an Executive Director of the Company, transferred6,200 ordinary shares in the Company to Mr Groom on 27 March 2013. The Companyhas also been advised that Mr Groom disposed of 6,200 ordinary shares in theCompany at 179p per ordinary share on 2 April 2013.

Following this announcement Mr Groom and his connected persons holds a total of328,300 ordinary shares equivalent to 0.81% of the total voting rights of thecompany.
