These shares were subsequently purchased at 39p per share by LordDaresbury's Family Trusts and will be held on trust by Nortrust NomineesLimited. Following this sale and purchase, Lord Daresbury beneficial interest in2,262,729 Ordinary Shares, representing 15.4% of the issued share capital of theCompany, remains unchanged.
