DIRECTOR'S / PDMR's INTERESTS

The Company announces that an award over 3,151 ordinary shares of 5486/91 US cents in the capital of the Company ("Shares"), granted to Mr Duncan Wanblad upon his appointment in 2009, vested on 15 March 2011. Following the sale of 1,608 shares at a price of £29.51 per share to meet the tax and NI liability, Mr Wanblad's beneficial interest has increased by 1,543 Shares.

The notification of this transaction is to satisfy the Company's obligations under the Financial Services Authority Disclosure and Transparency Rules 3.1.2 to 3.1.4.
