Director/PDMR Shareholding

China Growth Opportunities Limited('the Company')

On 14 January 2011, the Company was notified of the following transactions that took place on that day.

Damille Partners Limited (which is owned equally by the respective family interests of Rhys Cathan Davies and Brett Lance Miller, both directors of the Company) purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Shares"), at a price of 8 pence per Share, and 4,601,920 Shares at a price of 8.1 pence per Share.

Through Damille Partners II (the equal beneficiaries of whom are Rhys Cathan Davies and Brett Lance Miller) and Damille Partners Limited, Mr Davies and Mr Miller now beneficially hold 9,751,920 Shares, which represents approximately 19.5 per cent of the Company's issued share capital. 

The percentages shown above are based on the Company's issued share capital of 50,000,000 Shares.
