Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility or Connected Persons
The Company was notified on 1 July 2013 that on 28 June 2013 Equiniti, the independent trustee ("Trustee") of the Company's HMRC Approved Share Incentive Plan ("SIP"), in accordance with the SIP's rules and on behalf of all SIP participants, reinvested the dividend and acquired ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at a price of 229.5 pence each.
