De La Rue PLC13 February 2007 DE LA RUE PLC - NOTIFICATION OF DIRECTORS' INTERESTS The Company was notified on 13 February 2007, that the De La Rue QualifyingEmployee Share Ownership (the "QUEST") on 13 February 2007 transferred 3,292shares of 277/9p each in the Company pursuant to the exercise of options underthe De La Rue Sharesave Scheme. The number of De La Rue plc shares now held bythe QUEST is 173,496 (0.11% of the Company's issued share capital).
