On 6 June 2011, Clive Hexton exercised options over 4,000 Rathbone Brothers Plc ordinary shares of 5p at £8.52 granted under the Rathbone Executive Share Option Scheme 2000. The market value of the shares on exercise was £11.88 being the closing mid market price on 3 June 2011. The shares allotted were registered in the name of Rathbone Nominees Limited. The shares were sold on 7 June 2011 at £12.01. His declarable beneficial holding of 85,005 shares (0.195% of the issued share capital) therefore remains unchanged.
