Following an award of 1.2m shares made in November 2009 400,000 shares have been released to Archie Norman. All of these shares will be retained and resulting tax and NICs will be paid from his own resources. The remaining shares will be released in two equal tranches on 31 December 2011 and 31 December 2012.
