Director Shareholding
The Company has been informed that Rupert Garton, Commercial Director, exercised options in the Company today at a price of 5 pence per share.
Accordingly, Mr Garton now has a beneficial interest in 721,765 ordinary shares, representing 6.42 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company. In addition, an employee of the Company has exercised a further 46,619 shares.
The shares are expected to admit on 16 November 2011.
As a result of the above, the total number of shares in issue is 11,246,519 with a further 34,500 shares held in treasury.
