PDMR dealing

Cambridge, UK: Abcam plc (AIM: ABC), a global leader in the supply of protein research tools, was notified on 10 October 2012, that on 10 October 2012, Jane Cooke, a PDMR of the Company, sold 3,100 Ordinary Shares held by her husband, David Cooke, at a price of 399.35 pence per share.

 

Following this transaction, Mrs Cooke's total interest in the Company, all of which is beneficial, is 7,827 Ordinary Shares of 0.2 pence each, representing approximately 0.004 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
