Tufton Oceanic Assets Limited (the "Company")
Director's Dealing
Pursuant to Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 3.1.2-A, the following information falls to be disclosed:
The Company was notified that on 19 October 2022 Mr Robert King, Chairman of the Company, purchased 15,000 ordinary shares of no par value in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of $1.11 per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, Robert King has a beneficial interest in 60,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.02% of the total Ordinary Shares in issue.
Further to the above, the Company was notified that on 19 October 2022 Mrs Christine Rødsæther, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 10,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of $1.11 per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, Christine Rødsæther has a beneficial interest in 30,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.01% of the total Ordinary Shares in issue.

About the Company
Tufton Oceanic Assets Limited invests in a diversified portfolio of secondhand commercial sea-going vessels with the objective of delivering strong cash flow and capital gains to investors. The Company's investment manager is Tufton Oceanic Ltd. The Company has raised a total of approximately $220m (gross) through its Initial Public Offering on the Specialist Fund Segment of the London Stock Exchange, on 20 December 2017, and subsequent issues in October 2018 and March 2019.
