Grant of options
London, 27 January 2017: NMC Health plc (LSE:NMC) ('the Company'), the leading integrated private healthcare network operator in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and one of the leading global providers of fertility treatments through its European and Middle Eastern subsidiaries, announces that on 26 January 2017 it granted awards over a total of 562,323 Ordinary shares under its Long Term Incentive Plan.
These awards, by way if nil-cost options, were made to Directors and PDMRs of the Company as follows:
