SafeCharge (AIM: SCH), the international provider of payments services, risk management and IT solutions for online businesses, has been informed that on 10 September 2014, Mr Tim Mickley, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, purchased 11,100 ordinary shares of US$0.0001 in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 224.75 pence per share.
As a result Mr Mickley is interested in 11,100 Ordinary Shares representing 0.01% of the issued share capital of the Company.
