The Company has today been informed that Michael Del Mar, Non-Executive Director of the Company, has transferred 160,000 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each to his wife, Anthea Del Mar, at nil cost.

There has been no change to Mr Del Mar's beneficial holding in the Company and he remains interested in 200,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.08 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
