DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS
In accordance with DR 3.1.2R(1)(a) the Company was informed that on 28 October 2008 the following transaction was made by a Director of the Company:
D John Ogren
Acquired 25,000 shares, being 0.005% of the share capital of the Company, at a purchase price of US$2.80 per share (‚£1.795 per share based on an exchange rate of $1.56:‚£1.00), such transaction taking place on the London Stock Exchange.
Following this transaction, Mr Ogren has a beneficial interest in 80,000 ordinary shares representing 0.015% of the issued share capital of the Company.
This acquisition was made as a long term investment in the Company.
The Company's issued capital consists of 527,836,720 ordinary shares with voting rights. The Company holds no shares in Treasury.
