In addition, Philip Tyler Polymers Limited, a company that Ken Brooks and Roger Baynham are both directors of and which is wholly owned by Philip Tyler Plastics Limited in which Mr. Brooks and Mr. Baynham respectively have 25 per cent. and 6.8 per cent. shareholdings, holds 1,762,440 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.41 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company. Therefore, Mr. Brooks' total direct and indirect beneficial holding is 10,965,088 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.54 per cent. of the issued share capital of Company and Mr. Baynham's total direct and indirect beneficial holding is 6,403,519 Ordinary Shares representing 1.48 per cent. of the issued share capital of Company.
