UMECO PLC19 June 2007 Umeco plc - Notification of changes in Directors & PDMR interests 19 June 2007 Umeco plc announces the following changes to the interests of Directors & PDMRs in 25p ordinary shares, which result from: - exercise of options under the Umeco plc 2001 Share Option Plan - Messrs Snowdon, Beaumont, Moss and Crabtree. The exercise price for these options was 319.1p per share; - subsequent sales of shares at 550.0p per share; and - awards of deferred shares made under the Umeco Bonus Plan. All of these transactions took place on 19 June 2007.
