Burberry Group plc (the "Company") - Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company received notification on 9 August 2021 that following the Final Dividend payment on 6 August 2021, Equiniti purchased 51 Ordinary Shares of 0.05 pence each in the Company ("Shares") on 6 August 2021 for the following Non-Executive Director under the Dividend Reinvestment Plan at a price of 2187.386 pence per Share.
