NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTION BY DIRECTORS/PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES ('PDMR')/PERSONS CLOSELY ASSOCIATED ('PCA')
PDMR Shareholding
The Company announces that Mr James Barham, Group Chief Executive and a PDMR, carried out a "Bed and ISA" transfer of ordinary shares of 0.003 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") from his share dealing account to his ISA on 23 March 2021.
Formal notification in respect of the PDMR is set out below in accordance with the requirements of the Market Abuse Regulation.
The beneficial holding of Mr Barham (and persons closely associated with him) is unchanged following this transaction and Mr Barham remains beneficially interested in 1,621,473 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 1.89% of the total shareholding in the Company.
