Notification of transactions of directors, persons discharging managerial responsibility (PDMR) or connected parties
The Company has today been informed that on Wednesday 6 October 2010, Martin Geoghegan a PDMR at JD Wetherspoon plc sold 5,000 of the company's ordinary shares at a price of 460.1p per share. In addition, Helena Geoghegan, wife of Martin Geoghegan sold 5,000 of the company's ordinary shares at a price of 440.0p per share.
Following the above transactions, Mr Geoghegan holds 17,174 ordinary shares and Mrs Geoghegan holds 5,150 ordinary shares in the Company.
